Refund policy
Returns
Your satisfaction is our goal and we review return requests on a case by case basis. If there are any issues or concerns with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Pre-Ordered Comics OR any other type of Pre-Order
- Mystery Boxes of any kind
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Some items like low print run exclusive comics may only be eligible for refunds. Due to the nature of low print run comics, there may very little replacements available or potentially none at all. Return Shipping
Any and all returns will require shipment to our local business address: 3540 E Broad St Ste 120-328, Mansfield, TX 76063, United States.
Additionally, you MUST use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs on your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
