Shipping policy

We take pride in packing your collectibles well with multiple layers of bubble wrap protection and [usually] double boxed to ensure transit to you from our location.

We are typically very expeditious when shipping your items out, however, there are some circumstances that may cause delays out of our control. When pre-ordering graded comics please allow 8-12 weeks as it is possible that CGC may experience their own delays.

That Dude Books is not responsible for delays out of our control. Pre-ordered comics and exclusives are also subject to delays that may be out of our control due to distributer delays, allocations, printer damages, pandemics or natural disasters which can cause the shipping dates to be pushed back further than the advertised ship date. Most of the time items will ship at or shortly thereafter an estimated ship date, but sometimes this can be delayed. Lastly, our own capacity to ship, from time to time can be challenged which could cause delays, we will do our best to ship as soon as possible, but if we experience higher than normal order rates it is possible that your items could be delayed.

NOTE that refunds of pre-ordered items will not be permitted due to shipping delays.
